“Metabolomics and integrative omics: from data production to analysis” ELIXIR workshop on metabolomics will be held on 28 and 29 April 2022 in Bari.
The workshop is licensed to allow participants to apply metabolomics in a research-based context. It will be focused both on experimental design and on the analysis of data from different sources integrating at the metabolome level. Participants will engage in the design of a state-of-the-art mass spectrometry-based metabolomics experiment and gain an overview of the use of specific software platforms for metabolomics data mining. Particular attention will be paid to the integration of metabolomic data with metagenomic, gene and proteomic data.
The SIB Cancer Biochemistry Group will sponsor this workshop with two grants of € 70 for undergraduates and PhD students .
The workshop is limited to 50 participants , based on the order of registration.
